By  exercising and training your body often you will be able to get  increased dopamine levels. In other words, you will be more happy with  your overall life. There was research conducted, and it was proven that  by exercising and training often you yourself will be more happy. This  happens because your body craves physical activity, but nowadays most  people are stuck facing technology which makes your body crave for more  physical activity. People with insomnia were able to  sleep better after exercising for some time. This promoted better sleep  for them and just saved them from a long time of troubles.
